Fees and how the fees work:

There is one fee paid by the seller, that's the listing fee which is based on what the item will initially list on eBay for. All other fees including the eBay final value fee are paid by MyAuctionPoint.com.

Please NOTE: Listing fees below are for individual items. If you have MULTIPLE item quantities, or LARGE LOTS of items we will custom quote the selling fee. Please contact our customer service by filling out this form.

BUSINESSES: MAP Business specializes in liquidating large product inventories, overstocks, liquidations and special products. In addition, we custom price our selling rates to match you, your product and it's value. Please call us immediately for a representative to discuss options and pricing with you. Each business arrangement is handled one by one. Our goal is to recover as much as your cash and investment as possible. Please contact us by filling out this form now. Final Value Fees:

After an item is sold, MyAuctionPoint.com takes a commission of the final value or final sale price. This fee is our profit which covers all processing expenses and eBay final value fees. If the item does not sell, we get paid nothing but the initial listing fee.

Glossary:

  • Listing Fee:  The fee eBay charges to list an item for auction. This fee is based on what dollar amount an item is initially listed at.
  • Final Value Fee: The fee eBay charges on the final sale price of an item.
  • How eBay profits: eBay makes money two ways: 1) when you list an item from the listing fee and 2) When an item sells by taking a percentage of the final value (sale) price.
  • Shipping Fee: The cost for shipping and handling.
  • Commission: The percentage of the final selling fee that MyAuctionPoint.com receives for listing, photographing, writing descriptions, selling and packaging and providing customer service for your item.
